Last fall, a whistleblower at the nation’s largest financial services company, Edward Jones, reached out to me and said that despite the firm publicly distancing itself from some of its robust Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs, internally it secretly had doubled down.
Where are the facts? You presented nothing that shows discrimination against white males. In fact, you showed numerous examples of how they are trying to root out discrimination. How on earth do you classify this as whistleblowing?
