It was funny to read Kavanaugh prattle about "magic words," when that's exactly what Trump used ("national emergency") to justify his tariffs.

So appreciate this very helpful breakdown of what we can expect in the next phase of this congressional battle.

Cogent and quick analysis of the Court's action. Better than watching TV analysts! Thanks. Jim Spurlock, Ph.D. in history.

You're acting like the Trump regime will actually respect the Supreme Court decision. Ha ha ha.

Oh, I am sure the administration has been planning Plan B, a way of trying to get around the decision. But none of those are as easy or straightforward as the tariffs imposed under the IEEPA.

May not be quite as easy on the administration. But the bottom line is the decision won't make an iota of difference to those of us impacted by the tariff nonsense. At this point I'm ignoring pretty much all court rulings. Out system of government is dead.
