Another disastrous bill written by Scott Weiner. He truly lives up to his name.

This is just insane! Fake “women” who are biological males say they are women just get transferred into a biologic women’s prison where they can commit sexual assault and CDC has no idea because they don’t track this.

This is crazy! What if these men rape these women in prison?

If you truly believe that trans women (aka men) should be allowed to compete against biological women in most sports or that they belong in women's prisons then you are either cognitively impaired or intellectually dishonest.

I will never forgive the Democrats who make excuses for this stuff. They care more about reflexively hating anything the GOP says than they do about vulnerable incarcerated women. The best argument, and also the worst, I get when talking about this with Dems online is: prison guards rape women prisoners, too. The “What’s a Little More Rape?” Argument.

if you are a trans woman there are a few things that you need to understand. First of all is that you are still a man because you can't change your biological sex. It's okay to dress any way you wish and to adopt any superficial, stereotypical attributes of women that you desire. Live your life. No one should care, I certainly don't. However, because women are entitled to be treated fairly and to enjoy privacy from men there are certain things that are prohibited to you and me because we are men. You can't compete against women in most sports because it would be unfair. You can't go into women's private places like restrooms and locker rooms because that would make them feel unsafe. Finally, if you are a criminal you certainly can't be imprisoned with women.

That's it, just like me.

Within living memory, Mississippi was "dry", liquor sales prohibited statewide. A "wet" governor finally succeeded in persuading the legislature to repeal the law with a comically ironic measure: he began vigorously 𝘦𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 prohibition in the state. I'd propose an attack on this profoundly evil and stupid policy on housing supposedly trans inmates in an analogous way except that the cost in women's lives and safety would be way too high.
