I have often said that. Let's assume there was a deep state conspiracy to kill JFK, and they pulled it off essentially as a perfect murder. All these years later no concrete proof of a conspiracy. Journalists like me think it is Oswald. Although the conspirators did everything right, does anyone really believe that the one mistake they made was to send over a copy of smoking gun document to the National Archives so it could be disclosed one day to the public??? Any such document would have long ago been destroyed.
If there’s something in all of these files that point to a conspiracy with Oswald more than one person would have seen it. As Vincent Bugliosi said - “3 people can keep a secret, if two of them are dead”. But folklore never dies

My great uncle, who was responsible for the president's phone, said the first time he heard about the assassination was when the cable from Australia was received. He happened to have received it on his birthday, October 15, 1962. I was amiss as to what he was telling me when he was telling me this fact. I later realized it was the cable because he was at his mother's funeral when JFK was shot as the funeral was scheduled for the exact minute JFK died. I believe he was in Mexico on November 19, 1963 working an operative regarding a Polish couple defecting. That was the day his mother died. The file was released on his mother's birthday. And finally, yes he told me Rene Dussaq assassinated JFK. He was called away from his mothers funeral to report to work to coordinate communications for flying LBJ back. The rest of his team was on the plane with LBJ.
No need to hope. It happened. My great uncle told me everything that happened on his deathbed. He died in 2020. He gave me all I needed to prove a smoking gun. Now all we wait for is for me to figure out how to get the story out instead of the comment section of someone’s blog.

Never heard of him but thank you. I will look into who he is. What I can tell you is that the Rene Dussaq story is true.
