The Pharmacist of Auschwitz reaches #1 on Barnes & Noble Nook

Great news, my book got to the top of the Barnes & Noble Nook bestseller list today – by the time I was able to log on  and check for a screenshot it had slipped to #2, but I will take that any day  :-)
