San Francisco may set a new micro-apartment standard.  The city's current legal minimum is 290 feet, but is considering dropping it to a 220 foot total.   Take out the space for the bathroom, kitchen and closet, and you're left with a 150 feet of living space.  In a city with super expensive rents, a serious housing shortage, and a lot of single people, micro seems the way to go.  Tough to imagine that micro-apartment dwellers aren't going to spend most of their times outdoors.  Check out some micro-apartment designs and tips here
