Big Pharma and the Murder of God’s Banker
No, it’s not a connected story (yet). It is about two of my upcoming appearances
This is a quick update regarding two personal appearances, one open to the public starting this weekend, and the other available as a 4-part docuseries on cable. The combination means I will not have the time to report and write a new Substack until late next week.
Starting Sunday, Hillsdale College’s Center for Constructive Alternatives (CCA) is sponsoring a 4 day conference on Big Pharma.
Lectures are open to the public, and out-of-town guests are welcome. My presentation is Tuesday, March 7, at 8:00PM. It is titled, “Big Pharma and the Opioid Epidemic.” The speakers cover a wide variety of drug industry topics. Others include Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., about Anthony Fauci and Public Health, and Naomi Wolf about the Pfizer documents. All the speakers and their times are:
Beyond Big Pharma, those familiar with my book, God’s Bankers: A History of Money and Power at the Vatican, know that Chapter 1, “Murder in London,” begins with the 1982 discovery of banker Roberto Calvi’s body hanging from London’s Blackfriars Bridge. That murder is unsolved over 40 years later. It has all the elements of a great mystery built around secret societies, the Vatican, the mafia, and the world of international finance. Last year, I was interviewed extensively for a documentary about Calvi’s murder. That is now available as a 4-part docuseries - Murder of God’s Banker - on Paramount+

I hope to see some of you at Hillsdale next week.
In the meantime, I am working on some good Substack pieces and I look forward to sharing them with you when they are ready.
